Product Description
Our Bend Pulleys are engineered for critical positions in belt conveyor systems, specifically for changing belt direction (typically 45°, 90°, or 180°) or acting as tensioning devices. Unlike trading companies, we control the entire manufacturing process in-house, adhering strictly to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Manufacturing Craftsmanship & Materials
- Pulley Shell (Tube): We use Q235B or Q345B carbon steel. For heavy-duty applications, we utilize thick-walled Seamless Steel Pipes to ensure uniform wall thickness and minimize vibration.
- Shaft Quality: Made from High-quality Round Steel (45# or 40Cr). All shafts undergo Quenching and Tempering (thermal treatment) to eliminate internal stress and improve hardness/toughness, preventing shaft breakage under high tension.
- Welding Technology: The connection between the hub and shell uses CO2 Gas Shielded Automatic Welding and Submerged Arc Welding. We perform Ultrasonic Flaw Detection (NDT) on welds to ensure no cracks or defects.
- Bearing Assembly: We use heavy-duty spherical roller bearings (HRB/ZWZ/LYC brands, or SKF/FAG upon request). The housing utilizes a Labyrinth Seal structure, pre-filled with lithium grease, ensuring waterproof and dustproof performance in harsh mining environments.
- Surface Lagging:
- Plain Steel: For dry, clean environments.
- Diamond Rubber Lagging: Hot vulcanized rubber sheets (60-70 Shore A hardness) for better grip and water shedding.
