The Motorized Pulley (Drum Motor) is the ultimate space-saving drive solution for belt conveyors. Unlike traditional systems (Motor + Coupler + Gearbox + Pulley), our internal drive system is fully enclosed within the pulley shell.
This design is particularly advantageous for Mobile Crushers, Airport Luggage Handling, and Bulk Material Conveyors where space is limited and harsh weather protection is required.

- Superior Sealing (IP66/IP67): The end caps use double labyrinth seals and oil seals. The internal motor runs in an oil bath, which not only lubricates the gears but also dissipates heat rapidly. Perfect for outdoor or dusty mining sites.

- Copper Windings: We use only 100% pure copper wire (no aluminum) for higher efficiency.
- Insulation Class F: Withstands temperatures up to 155°C, preventing burnout under heavy loads.
- Low Maintenance: Since the drive unit is sealed and oil-lubricated, it requires significantly less maintenance than external drive systems. Change the oil every 10,000 hours, and it keeps running.
- Optional Backstop: Available with an internal anti-runback device for inclined conveyors.
